This morning we left a bit early so we could get the St. Clairs to court on time. They are now the proud new parents of Lily Anna :) Winston was not a happy camper this morning. I think our visits have his sleep/wake schedule all messed up. He had major hiccups/wet burps this morning that were causing him noticeable discomfort. So, we spent the first half of the visit walking, rocking, rubbing, patting to soothe him and then he fell asleep. We spent the second half of the visit watching him sleep. Our second visit went much better. We could tell that they had to wake him up to bring him to us. We got permission to go outside for a bit. It was warm and sunny for a few minutes, so we wanted to make the most of it. Winston was captivated by everything he saw. It made me wonder of he had ever been outside. We walked around and look at flowers, trees, and orphanage kitty cats. We went inside and played for a bit but Winston was tired. He passed out without much ceremony and slept til just before it was time for them to come get him.
We got to spend some time outside with Lily Anna and her new parents as they were back from getting her passport. Then it was home. Andy cooked up some potatoes for dinner and we ate while watching episodes from the first season of Modern Family. It was pouring down rain so no adventures today. We are still waiting to hear news of when our court date will be.
